Opportunity Green Conference turns to MobileGive

powered by WordPress Multibox Plugin v1.3.5

For the second year, the leading green business conference has utilized the Text2Screen and Twitter2Screen service from MobileGive to engage their audience via mobile phones. One of the highlights of the conference, held this year at the innovative Los Angeles Studio Center, is the OG-25.

The Opportunity Green 25 most innovative green startup awards.

In its 2nd year, this open business competition recognizes the most promising startups committed to building a new green economy and highlights initiatives in clean technology, product design, mobility, social innovation, water and resource conservation, food systems, community development and more. The top 25 finalists have the opportunity to compete live on stage with a one minute pitch. Convention attendees can then vote for their favorite Startup by texting or tweeting in a specific keyword for each entrant. The real time totals show up in a MobileGive slide on the screen with the bars moving for the audience to see.
