“The mission of Gallagher’s Army: Fallen Officer Fund is simple. We want to get a check into the hands of the surviving family members of a police officer who has been killed in the line of duty as quickly as possible. This show of financial support – to be used in any way the family sees fit – will in no way compensate for their loss; rather, it’s a sign of appreciation, respect and support from a grateful nation” – Mike Gallagher, founder, Gallagher’s Army: Fallen Officer Fund

The PenFed Foundation is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization working to meet the unmet needs of military personnel and their families through supporting wounded soldiers, providing financial management assistance and home ownership aid.

Over 100,000 kids are carrying machine guns in the armies of Southeast Asia. Instead of walking to school, they march to war. Instead of playing, they train to kill. If we don’t intervene, most of these children will be soldiers for at least 7 more years…assuming they survive.

We have been rescuing as many of these child soldiers as possible. But right now, without more help, we have to turn many child soldiers away. Your $7 can make the difference between life and death for a child soldier.

A kid or a killer…you decide.

Answers in Genesis is an apologetics (i.e., Christianity-defending) ministry, dedicated to enabling Christians to defend their faith and to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ effectively. We focus particularly on providing answers to questions surrounding the book of Genesis, as it is the most-attacked book of the Bible. We also desire to train others to develop a biblical worldview, and seek to expose the bankruptcy of evolutionary ideas, and its bedfellow, a “millions of years old” earth (and even older universe).

Ecofficiency

We are a unique organization with a very simple mission: bring structure and clarity to the sustainability movement, so that we can empower and inspire people to use their influence in ways that positively impact our world. We are committed to fostering a non-political atmosphere that strives to find common ground between people from all walks of life.

As a movement, sustainability has become confusing and disjointed – and will remain so, until there is a commonly understood set of concepts, values, and practices (i.e. structure and clarity) that deal with social and environmental problems at their root.

Liquid Church

Only 20 miles from the heart of New York City, we live in one the most densely populated– and spiritually dry– regions in the world. People are thirsty for something more than guilt-driven religion. We believe manmade religion can never quench the soul’s thirst– it only drains it further.

The Good News is that a grace-based relationship with God is available to anyone who asks. God’s grace is refreshing. It makes life brim & overflow; in fact, Jesus promised that “streams of living water” would flow from anyone who believes in him (John 7.38).
